Q: I bought some products at the store in Baker, CA, and want to order them online, but they are not on the website. Is there a way to order those items? 

A: We will be adding additional products in the future, both near and ongoing. However, since we do not have a timeline for doing so, we suggest you sign-up to our newsletter (top of page), to stay up-to-date on our latest product additions.

Q: I bought some of your flavored pistachios at the store in Baker, CA, and want to order them online, but I don't see them. Is there a way to order them?

Q: Do you do the 3 for $25.00 online?

A: Not at this time, however, we are offering a 10% discount for orders $25+, so if you purchase 3 bags of jerky or more, you can still apply the code: 10DISC

Q: Are you going to sell other items you currently sell at the store in Baker, CA, online?

Q: I don't see some of the jerky flavors, can I still order them over the phone? 

A: Currently if an item is not listed on the website, we're not shipping it out. If it is not listed on the website, we are not shipping it. We will be adding some additional jerky flavors so stay tuned and subscribe to our newsletter to receive updates.

Q: How long does it take for my order to get to me?


A: 3-5 business days from the date you place the order is typical. We ship all orders the next business day after receiving them, unless something should come up that is beyond our control. This allows for address corrections from our customers, modifications, or anything that has to be updated on the order due to customer error. Once that period has passed, the customer assumes responsibility for any errors in address, flavors, or any other item on the order that may delay the delivery thereof. We use USPS Priority Service for all of our orders, so an order to Southern California, for example, takes approximately 2 to 5 business days from ordering to receiving it.

Q: Do you ship Alien Fresh Jerky to the UK / Australia / Canada? 

A: No. The reason why we do not currently ship to these countries is due to customs restrictions on beef products.

Q: Can I give my dog or cat Alien Fresh Jerky?

A: Our beef jerky products are not recommended for animals, dogs, cats, or otherwise. By giving your pet dog, cat, or other, any quantity of Alien Fresh Jerky brand jerky of any kind, you are releasing The Ramallos Inc dba Alien Fresh Jerky, Emelar IT Group dba Alien Fresh Jerky Online, and anyone associated with in any way, shape, or form, from any liability whatsoever resulting from any animal ingesting Alien Fresh Jerky.
