Returns Policy

Due to the nature of our products, Alien Fresh Jerky aka Alien Fresh Jerky Online / www.alienfreshjerky.com does not accept any return of products for refunds.

Claims for incorrect orders must be received within 2 business days after package has been delivered.

Packaged is considered delivered once the US Postal Service identifies the tracking number associated with your order to be delivered.

This policy applies to all online orders/purchases only, made in the past, present, and future.

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a credit, refund, or exchange of any kind.

 

Incorrect Order Product Returns & Exchanges

  • The items must be returned for exchange within 14 days of original purchase.
  • Items and packaging must be received in new condition (bags must have original seal & cannot be opened).
  • The original product packaging must not be damaged.
  • Packaging must include all original items that were shipped to customer by Alien Fresh Jerky.

 

  • Return package must include a copy of the original invoice.
  • Before returning a package you must contact Alien Fresh Jerky to receive a Return Authorization Number (number to be placed on returning package).
  • Return Authorization Number must be clearly marked on the shipping box (Returns will not be accepted with out a RAN).
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Sorry, no opened bags, no used merchandise, no exceptions.

 

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food (including all jerky products) cannot be returned and will not be refunded.

 

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products

 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. This can be your online order #.


 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact our Customer Service Department at customerservice@alienfreshjerky.com or call us toll free at 877-254-3635 and follow the prompts to speak to a live Customer Service Representative, Monday through Friday, from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm PST.

 

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be considered for eligibility to be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

 

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are delivered defective or damaged and unopened. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at customerservice@alienfreshjerky.com, make sure to get your Return Authorization Number (RAN), mark your package with this RAN number clearly in the area shown below, and send your item to:

Who covers shipping costs for exchanges?

If the product or product packaging arrives defective in any way, we will cover all shipping costs related to the exchange.

If you are exchanging an unopened product because you changed your mind or you tried one bag and didn't like it so you want to exchange the rest, you (the customer) will be responsible for your shipping costs for the entire exchange process (the costs for shipping the exchange items back to us, and the costs involved for us shipping the replacements to you).

 

 

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

 

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

To return your product, you should mail your product to (be sure to have your RAN number clearly displayed on the returned shipment):

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
